Talent & Organization Consultant

We are looking for Consultants to join our Talent & Organization practice, helping organizations transform their workforce, talent, skills, operating models, and ways of working to achieve sustainable business outcomes.

You will work with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and transformation teams across leading organizations in Spain and internationally to address workforce and organizational challenges related to talent transformation, learning, workforce strategy, organizational design, operating model transformation, and change management.

The role is suited for professionals who are passionate about people and organizational transformation, enjoy solving complex workforce challenges, and are eager to leverage technology, data, and AI to drive innovation and business impact.

What you will do:

• Support workforce and organizational transformation programs focused on organizational effectiveness and business performance.

• Contribute to Workforce Strategy, Talent & Skills Transformation, Learning Transformation, Organizational Design, and Operating Model Transformation initiatives.

• Conduct assessments and analyses to identify organizational challenges, workforce needs, capability gaps, and transformation opportunities.

• Support the design and implementation of organizational structures, operating models, governance frameworks, and future ways of working.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define practical solutions that improve workforce effectiveness and organizational performance.

• Support Change Management and Adoption activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and transformation readiness.

• Develop presentations, recommendations, analyses, and project deliverables to support client decision-making.

• Leverage digital tools, workforce analytics, Generative AI, and emerging technologies to support innovation and productivity.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end transformation initiatives across people, process, and technology dimensions.

• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and internal initiatives related to workforce and organizational transformation.

The role is based in Madrid, under a hybrid working model.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in Talent & Organization, HR Transformation, Talent Transformation, Learning Transformation, Workforce Strategy, Organizational Design, Operating Model Transformation, Enterprise Change, or related consulting environments.

• Experience supporting one or more of the following areas: Workforce Strategy, Talent & Skills Transformation, Learning Transformation, Organizational Design, Operating Model Transformation, or Change & Adoption.

• Experience participating in transformation initiatives involving stakeholder engagement, communication, analysis, and organizational change.

• Exposure to workforce analytics, digital transformation, AI-enabled solutions, Generative AI, or emerging technologies is highly valued.

• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and collaborative environments.

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
