The (USA) Senior Technology Operations role involves leading the planning, monitoring, and execution of technology programs with medium to high complexity. What you'll do...
- Lead program estimation and resource planning for projects of small to medium complexity, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor and control program progress, addressing risks and issues to maintain schedule and budget adherence.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination meetings to review project health, dependencies, and milestones.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to build consensus and present data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and implement financial management plans, tracking expenditures and forecasting costs.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Support continuous improvement by applying best practices and emerging technology trends.

- Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to track progress against milestones.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
