Perform preventive maintenance activities for Pre-Assembly production machines according to scheduled plans. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Perform preventive maintenance activities for Pre-Assembly production machines according to scheduled plans. Troubleshoot and support machine issues to ensure smooth production operation. Monitor machine performance and recommend improvement activities to enhance equipment reliability. Maintain maintenance records and update relevant documentation accurately. Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, quality, and company procedures. Support machine setup, calibration, and continuous improvement projects when required Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Minimum Diploma in related Engineering field (Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronic, etc) Must passed SPM, including Mathematics & English subjects Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a semicond manufacturing environment. Experience maintaining Pre-Assembly machines such as Wafer Sorter, Wafer Mounter, Wafer Lamination, Wafer Grinder, Wafer Saw, and Wafer Auto Inspection equipment. Experience handling equipment from Disco, Accretech, Longhill, Nitto, and Lintec is an added advantage. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Able to work 12 hours rotating shift (7am-7pm; 7pm-7am). #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
