· Conduct regular site reviews to verify installation quality, workmanship, construction progress, and compliance with approved requirements.
· Manage discipline scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, change control, KPIs, and project deliverables; provide clear updates and recommendations to project leadership.
## Testing, Commissioning & Handover
· Lead testing, commissioning, energization, startup, functional verification, and operational handover of electrical systems.
· Establish commissioning strategy, acceptance criteria, system turnover sequence, and testing requirements for power distribution, lighting, emergency power, backup power, and associated control systems.
· Coordinate contractors and subcontractors in functional testing, troubleshooting, adjustments, and resolution of commissioning issues to confirm systems meet design and operational requirements.
· Coordinate with Facilities Operations, Maintenance, EHS, manufacturing/end users, contractors, and suppliers to ensure operational readiness and safe transition to operations.
· Ensure complete turnover documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports, operating manuals, equipment records, training documentation, and other required handover information.
· Provide technical leadership during ramp-up and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for significant electrical system performance or reliability issues.
## Safety, Quality & Compliance
· Provide electrical safety leadership and ensure installations, construction activities, testing, commissioning, and energization comply with applicable project safety requirements, electrical codes, and standards.
· Ensure appropriate controls are implemented for electrical installation, energization, live-system interfaces, shutdowns, testing, and other high-risk activities.
· Drive quality controls for electrical equipment, materials, installation, testing, documentation, and system acceptance.
· Promote energy efficiency, sustainability, and electrical safety best practices within semiconductor manufacturing environments.
## Stakeholder & Team Leadership
· Act as the primary point of contact for the electrical construction scope, aligning project leadership, project owners, Facilities Operations, manufacturing/end users, EHS, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
