Fixed Assets Working Student (all genders)

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

We are looking for a Working Student (all genders) to join our Fixed Assets team, part of our Operational Finance & Reporting department, acting as the business process owners for the capitalisation process and the gateway for all capital expenditures. In this role, you'll act like an owner and play as a team to support our record-to-report function. WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• You will support the record-to-report function for fixed assets, making journal entries and following our month-end-closing processes.
• You will process financial data accurately and provide crucial support during the capitalisation process.
• You will assist in answering requests from internal and external auditors, ensuring compliance by producing and sharing documents with them.
• You will take on increasing responsibilities over time, developing your skills in tandem with the team's progress.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree programme, ideally in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You possess a strong interest in financial operations and a foundational understanding of general ledger or procurement processes.
• You demonstrate an eagerness to learn about enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP.
• You bring a meticulous approach to processing data and a collaborative mindset to support your team.
