Job description – Project Manager
1. Role details
Job title: Project Manager
Main purpose of job:
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of ERP implementation and transformation projects for Embridge clients: on time, within budget, to agreed scope and quality, and to the business outcomes the client expects.
The role leads the project team of consultants, trainers and client resources day to day, owns the project plan, budget, risks and change control, and is the main day-to-day contact for the client throughout the project.
Project Managers deliver using Embridge’s methodology, with Elastic Change and Emotionally Intelligent (EQ) Leadership built in, so that clients are supported through the people and organisational side of change, not just the technology.
Elastic Change is Embridge’s approach to transformation. It recognises that change is rarely linear: client priorities, pressures and technology shift over time, so delivery must adapt without losing control or commercial discipline.
Reports to: Head of Professional Services
Function: Operations
Team: Delivery (Project Management)
Leadership Responsibility: No direct reports. Leads the project team (consultants, trainers and client resources) on assigned projects.
2. Key Responsibilities

● Own the project plan, milestones and dependencies, and keep them up to date. ● Lead the project team day to day, setting clear priorities and expectations for

impact and options.
