Talent Acquisition Specialist – US Recruitment
📍 Location: Guntur/Hyderabad – Onsite
🕒 Shift: US Shift
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years | End-to-End Hiring
🎓 Education: Minimum Graduation Required
⚠️ Important: This role is strictly for US Recruitment, NOT Domestic Recruitment. Candidates must have hands-on experience recruiting for the US market.
We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in US Recruitment and complete end-to-end hiring.
🔹 Key Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in US Recruitment
• Strong knowledge of the US hiring lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with US visa processes & compliance
• Updated US immigration knowledge is a plus
• Good understanding of US tax terms
• Familiarity with ATS platforms
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced US shift environment
