  • Lead cross-functional efforts to improve time capture, attendance tracking, payroll accuracy, and workforce data flow across enterprise systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Workday, UKG, ADP, ERP, and connected systems, and reporting tools.
  • Drive standardization of global processes where appropriate while enabling plant-, country-, and region-specific requirements.

Manufacturing Operations Support

  • Ensure technology solutions effectively support manufacturing workforce needs.
  • Partner with operations and plant stakeholders to minimize payroll and timekeeping disruptions that could impact production or employee pay.
  • Support workforce processes that require high reliability during payroll close, shift changes, and period-end processing.

  • Own production support and operational stability for payroll and time-related applications, with a strong focus on payroll-critical service windows.
  • Establish and monitor service levels, incident response, problem management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues affecting employee pay, time capture, attendance exceptions, interfaces, and downstream reporting.
  • Oversee system health, interface monitoring, batch processing, reconciliation processes, and data quality controls.

Compliance, Controls, and Risk Management

  • Ensure systems support compliance with wage and hour laws, payroll tax and reporting requirements, labor regulations, collective bargaining considerations, and data privacy obligations across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Maintain strong controls over payroll and employee data, including access management, segregation of duties, audit logging, change control, and data retention.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Cybersecurity teams to support audits and strengthen control environments.
  • Identify and mitigate operational, technology, compliance, and vendor risks related to payroll and timekeeping systems.

Architecture and Continuous Improvement

  • Provide leadership on solution architecture and integration design across the HR, timekeeping, and payroll technology landscape.
  • Drive automation, simplification, and process harmonization across system workflows.
  • Improve reporting and analytics capabilities related to labor, attendance, payroll accuracy, and workforce trends.
  • Evaluate new capabilities from platform vendors and recommend enhancements that improve scalability, compliance, and user experience..
