Description
Looking for an opportunity to practice full-scope optometry in a collaborative, medically oriented environment?
Simon Eye is growing, and we're looking for Full-Scope Optometrists to join our team! As we continue to expand throughout Delaware and the surrounding region, we're seeking doctors who are passionate about comprehensive patient care and want to grow professionally within an integrated OD/MD practice. Our optometrists provide comprehensive primary eye care, manage ocular disease, and build lasting patient relationships while working closely with ophthalmologists and experienced clinical teams.
Practice Full-Scope Optometry
Our optometrists practice the full breadth of primary eye care, including ocular disease management, urgent eye care, pre- and post-operative care, specialty contact lenses, and management of complex ocular conditions. Through our integrated relationship with Center for Advanced Eye Care, our ODs have direct access to ophthalmologists and surgical services while remaining actively involved in their patients' care. We encourage our doctors to develop their clinical interests, whether in ocular disease, specialty contact lenses, myopia management, dry eye, pediatrics, or other areas of optometry.
Why Simon Eye?
Our doctors are at the center of the care we provide, supported by experienced clinical, optical, and administrative teams that allow them to focus on what matters most—their patients.
With modern diagnostic technology, experienced technicians, ABO Certified Opticians, and comprehensive administrative support, Simon Eye combines the resources of a larger practice with the personal patient relationships that define private practice.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking Optometrists who are passionate about comprehensive patient care, value clinical collaboration, and are interested in continuing to grow professionally.
Residency training is preferred, particularly in ocular disease, primary care, cornea/contact lenses, or another clinically focused specialty.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base salary plus production bonus opportunity
- Malpractice insurance
- AOA and state association dues
- Continuing education allowance
- 401(k) with employer match
- Paid vacation and leave time
Live & Practice in Delaware
Delaware offers an excellent quality of life with convenient access to Philadelphia, Baltimore, the Chesapeake Bay, and Delaware's beaches.
Whether you're an experienced Optometrist looking for a new opportunity or a recent graduate seeking a practice where you can put your clinical training to work, we'd love to meet you.
