Engagement Lead, Future Platforms | Housing

We are seeking an Engagement Lead to drive the end-to-end success of future platform products, from initial customer commitments through implementation, deployment, and adoption. This cross-functional role involves aligning stakeholders, guiding implementation processes, and developing standardized engagement playbooks to support rapid scaling.

The Engagement Lead will partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate real-world customer needs into product requirements while operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery and success of future platform products, from early customer commitments to live, adopted deployments.

• Build alignment among customer stakeholders and internal teams throughout implementation and deployment.

• Guide implementation processes to support successful customer adoption.

• Develop, standardize, and improve engagement playbooks to enable scalable deployment and customer engagement.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate real-world customer needs into clear product requirements.

• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support enterprise technology transformations and successful implementation outcomes.

• Operate independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment while adapting engagement processes to support business growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Direct experience managing ERP implementations or similar large-scale business or technology deployments for clients.

• Consulting experience or experience working in a high-growth B2B startup environment.

• Experience in customer deployment, implementation, or similar client-facing roles.

• Ability to manage stakeholder alignment and guide complex implementation processes.

• Ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer needs into product requirements.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Location and Work Arrangement

• Work Arrangement: On-site.

• Available Locations: New York City (NYC), San Francisco Bay Area, Toronto, or Chicago.

• Travel Requirements: Approximately twice per month, for 1–2 days per trip.

• Candidates must be able to work on-site in one of the listed locations or be willing to relocate.
