Here we grow again! Crunch Fitness Campus is looking for an energetic, dependable front desk team member who can help cover weeknight evenings and weekend closing shifts.

Availability for evening and weekend closing shifts is required for this opening. If you enjoy connecting with people, supporting a welcoming gym environment, and helping others reach their fitness goals, we’d love to meet you!

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, assist with check-in, and create a positive, inclusive experience.

• Answer questions about memberships, club services, and gym equipment.

• Conduct club tours, follow up with prospective members, and enroll new members.

• Generate appointments through referrals, outreach, and phone calls.

• Promote membership options and services that fit each prospective member’s needs.

• Maintain accurate member, prospect, and sales activity records in club systems.

• Complete facility walk-throughs and help maintain a clean, organized club.

• Support evening operations and complete assigned closing duties.

Job Type: Part-time
