General Summary:

Qualcomm is seeking an experienced Wireless IC Product Manager to help drive the company's RF Front End PAMID product line. This is a strategic and tactical role in the RFFE product management team and responsibilities include:

• Management of product’s life-cycle – product conception & definition, market introduction, customer promotion & support, and lifetime management
• Product roadmap and business plan development
• Performing competitive analysis
• The candidate function as a central resource with Engineering, Operations, Sales and regional marketing.

This is an office based position located in San Diego, CA and is expected to comply with the company's onsite work policy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• RF technical background with previous experience in handset RF Front End or IC design, systems, test or applications engineering
• In-depth working knowledge of cellular RF Front End architectures
• Master degree in Electrical Engineering
• MBA 8+ years of experience in the following areas preferred: Product management with wireless or cellular products or RFFE subsystems
• Ability to work with customers on requirements and translate them into product specifications.
• Successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:
• Effective communication skills with cross functional teams, both technical and non-technical, within a fast-paced, collaborative, innovative engineering environment

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$198,200.00 - $297,400.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
