Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Operations professional to support a dynamic, high-level professional environment. Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day finance and business operations activities.
- Assist with financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and data organization.
- Create and maintain professional Excel spreadsheets, financial models, and reports.
- Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations and business materials.
- Conduct research and organize information to support business initiatives and decision-making.
- Assist with written communications, documentation, and other professional materials.
- Support senior team members with various operational, financial, and administrative projects.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
- Previous professional experience or academic background in Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with complex spreadsheets, data analysis, and financial information.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to create polished, executive-level presentations.
- Advanced English proficiency, particularly in written and verbal communication. Accent is not a factor; communication ability and fluency are what matter.
- Strong professional writing and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Professional, proactive, and comfortable working with senior-level professionals.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Ability to take ownership and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week.
- Duration: Long-term opportunity.
