About Position
We are looking for three (3) enthusiastic interns to support our Global Finance Team across multiple units, including Budgeting & Reporting, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR), and Risk & Compliance.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge through rotational assignments in each unit. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and learn the inner workings of global finance operations in a dynamic, mission-driven organization.
The successful candidate will:
- Supporting Budgeting Team in collaborating with Business Development and Partnership (BDP) in building costing for project proposals.
- Support Budgeting Team in annual budget and forecast process, preparation of reports and other
- ad-hoc analysis.
- Support Budgeting Team in timesheet and personnel cost allocation related.
- Support AP Accountant in invoice registration, payment and manage AP Mailbox to resolve issue.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Follow up with procurement to clear any issues in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
- Support GL team on monthly journal posting and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Support in asset tagging and asset sighting process.
- Develop and maintain an online filing on SharePoint assessable to key stakeholders.
- Any ad-hoc assignments required to support Global Finance Team.
