  • Shape the enterprise skills taxonomy and capability frameworks that provide a common language across operating units, regions and functions.
  • Use workforce data and external market and technology signals to forecast future skills, identify gaps and recommend prioritised investments.
  • Define learning pathways and lead priority programs from concept through design, build, launch, facilitation and ongoing delivery.
  • Create practical, creative and accessible solutions across facilitated, digital, social, experiential, on-the-job and blended modalities.
  • Embed skills through manager enablement, practice, performance support, communities of practice and integration with talent and operating rhythms.
  • Own enterprise reskilling for AI and digital ways of working, from baseline fluency to role-specific capability and application.
  • Partner with IT, Learning Partners and operating units to align learning with technology, business processes and local delivery.
  • Measure proficiency, application, behaviour change and business outcomes, using insight to improve programs and focus investments.
  • Lead and develop a specialist team across skills intelligence, learning architecture and digital capability.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across operating units to align capability priorities and decisions.
  • Role model the KION Winning Behaviors, in particular Embrace Curiosity and Lead with Innovation.

What we are looking for:

  • Significant learning, capability building or organisational development experience in a complex multinational organisation, spanning strategy, design, build and delivery.
  • Track record of translating strategy into enterprise capability frameworks, learning portfolios and sustained business adoption.
  • Experience leading enterprise reskilling and creating engaging learning across facilitated, digital, blended and workplace-based modalities.
  • Strong command of workforce data, learning analytics and evidence-based investment cases.
  • Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed, multi-country environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Business-level English and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, logistics or supply-chain environments.
  • Familiarity with skills-based organisation models, talent practices and learning technology, including LXP, skills platforms and AI-enabled learning.
  • Experience working across EMEA, APAC and North American business contexts.
