Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Carpenters for projects located in or around Southern, NJ. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Perform start-to-finish carpentry on commercial and residential construction projects
- Install metal stud framing
- Construct rough framing and building structures
- Complete finish carpentry, including molding, cabinetry, doors, windows, and trim
- Install drywall and related materials
- Assist with remodeling and renovation projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Previous carpentry experience
- Experience with rough and finish carpentry preferred
- Experience with metal stud framing and drywall installation is a plus
- Must have basic tools of the trade
- Must have proper PPE
- OSHA 10 Certification; TI may provide to qualified candidates
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
