Amphenol RF is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimization of the company’s digital marketing initiatives. This hands-on role is responsible for managing day-to-day website operations, executing email marketing campaigns, supporting search engine optimization (SEO) efforts and analyzing digital performance to improve engagement and lead generation.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for website-related activities, including content updates, landing page development, troubleshooting and coordination with external development partners. This position will support digital content creation, marketing automation and the implementation of new technologies, including AI tools, to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines technical digital marketing skills with strong project management, analytical thinking and attention to detail. They should be comfortable managing multiple projects independently, interpreting performance data and collaborating with a cross-functional team that includes marketing, product management and sales.

This position reports to the Manager of Marketing Communications and follows a hybrid schedule of four (4) in-office days and one (1) remote day per week after the initial 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:
 

Website Management and Optimization

• Manage day-to-day operations of Amphenol RF’s global website including content updates, landing page development, website maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate website development projects with external vendors, ensuring timely executing and quality control
• Develop engaging website content that supports product introductions, target markets and strategic marketing initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve website usability, navigation, search visibility and conversion performance.

 

Search Engine Optimization and Digital Visibility

• Execute on-page SEO initiatives, including keywork optimization, metadata, internal linking and content improvements.
• Monitor organic search performance and recommend improvements to increase qualified website traffic.
• Support initiative to improve Amphenol RF’s visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address technical SEO issues.

 

Email Marketing and Lead Generation

• Develop, build, test and deploy email marketing campaigns aligned with the marketing content calendar
• Manage campaign segmentation, contact lists and marketing automation workflows.
• Monitor email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions and lead generation.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign performance and audience engagement

 

Digital Analytics and Performance Reporting

• Develop and optimize digital content, including website copy, graphics, videos and other marketing assets.
• Collaborate with product management and marketing team members to ensure content accurately communicated technical product information and customer benefits.
• Coordinate with internal resources and external vendors to support creative development and digital content production.

 

Education / Experience Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
• Three to five years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B manufacturing or a technical industry.
• Experience managing corporate websites using a content management system (CMS), including content updates, optimization and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices, technical SEO and AI search visibility.
• Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), website performance reporting and lead-generation metrics.
• Experience creating and optimizing digital content using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and AI-powered platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to coordinate website development projects with external vendors.
• Strong written communication, proofreading and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and develop an understanding of Amphenol RF's products, markets and customer needs.
• Ability to travel when necessary (10-20%)

 

The base pay for this position ranges from $65,000-75,000 annually.  Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
