We're hiring a Customer Success Specialist to support and guide our users—from grassroots fundraisers to national nonprofits—as they run successful events on our platform.

🚀 What You’ll Do:

• Support users via email, chat, and occasionally calls
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Help improve internal processes and collaborate with a fully remote team

💡 What You Bring:

• Customer support experience (email/chat/Zoom)
• Tech-savvy with great communication skills
• Comfortable with Excel and basic web design
• Remote work experience & self-starter mentality
• Strong attention to detail and organization

💡 Requirements:

• Eligible to work in Canada with fluent English
  
• Must live in the Pacific time zone, no exceptions

✨ Bonus Points for:

• Experience in nonprofit fundraising events
• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Intercom, Enchant

📅 Schedule:

Choose between:

• 4 x 10 hour days (Thu–Sun, 1:00PM–11:00PM PT)
• 5 x 8 hour days (Thu–Mon, 3:00PM–11:00PM PT)
