## The impact you’ll make

The Digital Transformation Analyst is a key contributor within the GP&O Digital Transformation team, responsible for advancing planning functionality and driving business process development across global operations. This role bridges the gap between technology platforms and business stakeholders, translating operational requirements into scalable digital solutions that support end-to-end planning capabilities. The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams — including Supply Chain, GIS, Manufacturing, Spares, Sales Operations, and Finance — to identify process improvement opportunities, define system requirements, support solution implementation, and measure outcomes against transformation goals.

The ideal candidate brings analytical rigor, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP, or similar platforms). They thrive in an agile delivery environment and are comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

## What you’ll do

Planning Functionality Support

• Partner with planning teams to gather, document, and prioritize functional requirements for digital planning tools and systems.

• Support configuration, testing, and rollout of planning platform enhancements, including demand, supply, and capacity planning modules.

• Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and user documentation to enable adoption of planning capabilities.

• Coordinate with GIS and system integrators to resolve functional gaps and ensure system behavior aligns with business needs.

• Monitor sprint progress, participate in agile ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives), and track issue resolution.

Business Process Development

• Analyze current-state business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and digital improvement opportunities.

• Design and document future-state process flows and governance frameworks.

• Lead or support Business Process Analysis workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to align on process design decisions.

• Develop change impact assessments and support change management activities, including training material development and delivery.

• Establish and track KPIs and benefit realization metrics to measure process improvement outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

• Facilitate status updates, steering committee presentations, and executive briefings on transformation initiative progress.

• Build trusted relationships across functional areas including Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Operations.

• Support vendor and third-party partner coordination, including review of deliverables and performance against SLAs.

Project & Program Support

• Maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status trackers.

• Coordinate cutover, UAT planning, and go-live readiness activities for planning system deployments.

• Support the development of transformation roadmaps aligned to organizational strategic priorities.

• Contribute to lessons-learned documentation and continuous improvement of delivery practices.

## Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in digital transformation, planning operations, business analysis, or process improvement within a Technology or Supply Chain context.

• Hands-on experience with planning platforms (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP IBP, Oracle, or equivalent).

• Demonstrated ability to document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.

• Experience supporting or participating in ERP/planning system implementations or upgrades.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), or similar.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

## Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA with a focus on Operations, Technology, or Strategy.

• Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), SAFe Agile, or equivalent.

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools.

• Familiarity with supply chain planning concepts (demand planning, S&OP, capacity planning, inventory optimization).

• Exposure to change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR or equivalent).

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

Salary

Salary Range for this position: $92,000.00 - $211,000.00.

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside in California and most states. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
