The Assistant Garment Technologist supports QVC UK, and provides technical and administrative support across garment fit, sample development and product quality activities.

Where You'll Work

This role is fully on-site and requires you to be based at Chiswick Park, West London, five days a week.

What You'll Do

• Support the Technical team across multiple apparel categories, including woven, knitwear, sweaters, tailored product and outerwear
• Coordinate fit sessions and sample reviews, including preparing garments, booking models, measuring samples and recording fit comments accurately
• Assist with tracking, logging and shipping samples, maintaining style libraries and updating relevant product information within PLM systems
• Work closely with Technical, Buying and supplier teams to help manage critical path activity and support timely sample development
• Contribute to report writing, technical documentation and special projects that support product quality, fit consistency and customer satisfaction

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in garment technology, technical design or a related fashion product development role, with an understanding of garment construction, fit and sample evaluation
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work at pace and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with confidence working cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers and external partners
• Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience using product lifecycle management systems such as FLEX PLM advantageous
• A proactive, flexible and detail-focused approach, with a genuine interest in quality, fit and delivering a strong customer experience
