Job Summary
This role supports the day-to-day operational execution of Learning Administration activities across the learning environment. This role is responsible for processing routine LMS requests accurately, maintaining data quality, following established procedures, and supporting a smooth learner and stakeholder experience. The role requires attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to manage recurring work within defined service levels.
What You'll Be Doing
- Process business as usual, including due date changes, exemptions, completions, user role updates, basic group updates, and assignment support.
- Support standard ticket categories in line with documented procedures and agreed service levels.
- Assist with basic reporting support and one-time reporting outputs as requested.
- Perform data validation and recurring maintenance activities to help maintain system accuracy and training record integrity.
- Identify incorrectly processed requests or visible system issues and escalate them promptly for resolution.
- Maintain clear documentation and follow standard operating procedures for repeatable activities.
What You’ll Bring
- Foundational knowledge of Learning Administration, Learning Operations, or LMS support processes.
- Working knowledge of LMS platforms, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes accurately.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring operational tasks and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for handling stakeholder and learner requests.
- Comfort working within ticketing environments such as ServiceNow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in Learning Administration, Learning Operations, shared services, or similar operational support roles preferred.
- Basic proficiency in LMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and related collaboration applications.
