Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage inventory operations across multiple client accounts in a warehouse environment. The candidate should have hands-on experience handling large-scale inventories of 20 lakh+ units, possess strong analytical skills, and be proficient in inventory management systems, SAP, and advanced Excel functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inventory operations for multiple customer accounts within a warehouse environment.
• Handle inventory volumes exceeding 20 lakh units while ensuring high inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inventory movements, stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and annual physical stock audits.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with operations, customer service, and client stakeholders to ensure inventory integrity.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports, KPIs, aging reports, and variance reports.
• Ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded in WMS and SAP systems.
• Drive process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Maintain inventory controls in compliance with SOPs, customer requirements, and audit standards.
• Support customer reviews and provide inventory insights through MIS reports and presentations.
• Lead and guide inventory associates during inventory audits and stock verification activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in warehouse inventory management.
• Proven experience managing multi-client inventory operations.
• Experience handling inventory size of 20 lakh units or more.
• Hands-on experience with multiple Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong working knowledge of SAP (MM/WM/EWM preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:

• Strong inventory control and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet customer SLA requirements.

 

Preferred Skills

• Experience in 3PL/Contract Logistics operations.
• Exposure to e-commerce, retail, fashion, FMCG, or consumer goods inventory management.
• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience handling customer audits and compliance requirements.
