About You:
- Proven operational management experience in waste management, recycling or environmental services, ideally within an HRRC or WTS environment.
- Relevant industry qualifications, such as WAMITAB COTC and IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
- Strong experience of managing waste contracts, budgets and contractor relationships.
- A successful track record of leading, motivating and developing operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to resolve complex operational issues and respond to public and trade enquiries calmly and professionally.
