Looking to build a career in business management? We’re hiring a Management Trainee to learn how to oversee daily operations at our car rental locations. This hands-on role offers exposure to sales, customer relations, fleet coordination, and team supervision.
You’ll work directly with experienced leaders, learn how different parts of the business operate, and prepare for future advancement into branch management.
Key Areas of Training
- Business Operations: Learn branch procedures, monitor performance goals, and help coordinate daily activities.
- Sales & Customer Relations: Assist customers with rentals, explain available products, support sales goals, and resolve service concerns.
- Fleet Coordination: Help manage vehicle availability, inventory, condition, and readiness for rental.
- Team Development: Participate in employee training, scheduling, task coordination, and team support while building leadership skills.

Qualifications
We’re looking for a motivated, adaptable individual interested in growing into a management role.
- At least two years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or operations.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in coaching others and taking on leadership responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, proactive, and comfortable learning new systems and procedures.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Sales/Up sales of products or services.
Previous supervisory experience is beneficial but not required for candidates who demonstrate strong leadership potential.
