Job Description
1. Daily Maintenance of Application Systems:
- Monitor the operation status of application systems to ensure stable service.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide real-time technical support according to established operating guidelines.
2. User Support and Problem Resolution:
- Provide technical support to users, answer user inquiries, and offer usage guidance.
- Record user feedback and, under the guidance of supervisors or senior colleagues, conduct system analysis and improvements.
3. System Updates and Optimization:
- Perform system updates as needed to ensure the application systems are up-to-date with the latest versions and features.
- Optimize system performance to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Documentation Management and Reporting:
- Draft and maintain technical documents related to the system to provide quality knowledge management.
- Regularly report system operation status and user needs to supervisors or senior colleagues and seek feedback.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth system operation.
- Participate in requirement discussions, providing technical support and feasibility assessments.
