What You Will Get To Do:

• Coaching, feedback & development of Associates.
• Associate observations (coaching, monitoring).
• Absence management.
• Objective reviews.
• Performance management of Associates and Techs.
• 1:1's – Associates and Techs.
• To ensure all regulatory training is completed within timescales for self, Team and Team Leaders.
