About the role:

The role is to formulate strategies for online platform and responsible for driving growth and develop the channel to meet revenue and growth targets. This role must lead the team and cross functionally and executes comprehensive online sales and ecommerce business plan, and tracking sales trends and identifies opportunity for growth.

In detail, you will: 

IT Technical Responsibilities 

• Provide first-line support for end-user devices, operating systems, Microsoft 365 services, business applications, and workplace technologies, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. 

• Administer user identities and access management activities, including account provisioning, modification, deprovisioning, password resets, and security-related requests in accordance with corporate policies. 

• Manage endpoint lifecycle activities, including device deployment, refreshes, migrations, software installation, compliance monitoring, asset tracking, and hardware retirement. 

• Diagnosing and coordinating resolution as first line support of network connectivity, collaboration, and infrastructure-related issues by working with global support teams, vendors, and managed service providers. 

• Support and maintain workplace technology solutions, including meeting room systems, video conferencing platforms, printers, and office IT equipment. 

• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, user guides, and audit-related records while supporting compliance, governance, and access review activities. 

• Participate in local and regional IT projects, office technology initiatives, and operational improvement programs. 

Finance & Purchasing Responsibilities 

• Manage the end-to-end IT procurement lifecycle, including requirement gathering, vendor coordination, creation of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in Oracle ERP, supplier engagement, order tracking, and procurement record management. 

• Maintain relationships with IT vendors and service providers while managing supplier records, contracts, maintenance agreements, warranties, software subscriptions, service renewals, and telecommunications services. 

• Act as the primary liaison between IT vendors, Procurement, and Finance for invoice validation, purchase order reconciliation, payment follow-up, and resolution of procurement or payment-related issues. 

• Manage local IT inventory and stock, ensuring accurate asset records, availability of operational equipment, proper allocation of resources, and compliance with company asset management requirements. 

• Coordinate the IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment allocation and recovery, asset tracking, access coordination, and collaboration with HR, managers, and relevant stakeholders. 

• Coordinate outsourced support providers and third-party maintenance activities, ensuring service quality, operational continuity, and effective execution of local IT requirements. 

• Prepare operational reports, maintain administrative records, and support internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to corporate governance requirements. 

Who you are / Your qualifications:

• 1-3 years of similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication ability (both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions
• Ability to tackle demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
