ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a high-energy, culture-obsessed College & Ambassador Brand Marketing Manager to scale and elevate Fashion Nova’s presence across college campuses and Gen Z creator communities. In this role, you will lead the strategic vision, recruitment, execution, and expansion of our nationwide Campus Ambassador and Creator initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing grassroots youth programs, building organic brand loyalty among Gen Z, and turning brand ambassadors into long-term digital advocates. You live on TikTok and Instagram, understand college culture, and know how to bridge digital social trends with real-world viral activations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own, architect, scale, and lead Fashion Nova’s nationwide College Ambassador & Campus Strategy, driving brand affinity and sales across target universities.
• Establish recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention frameworks to manage a high-performing network of student brand ambassadors and campus leaders.
• Develop campus-specific playbooks tailored to top college markets, greek life, campus organizations, and student culture.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of student creators, micro-influencers, and campus trendsetters to generate a continuous, high-volume content engine.
• Structure competitive incentive models, product gifting tiers, exclusive perks, and commission structures to keep ambassadors motivated and engaged.
• Act as the brand’s authentic voice within campus communities, cultivating organic loyalty and word-of-mouth advocacy.
• Conceptualize and execute high-impact 360-degree campus campaigns, blending viral digital activations with dynamic real-world events like tailgates, spring break activations, pop-up shops, and music festival tie-ins.
• Oversee large-scale product seedings, capsule launch gifting, and exclusive campus discount initiatives to drive immediate conversion.
• Manage end-to-end event production, logistics, budget allocation, and vendor management for on-campus brand footprints.
• Partner closely with Influencer Marketing, Social Media, PR, Performance Marketing, and Creative teams to align campus campaigns with major collection drops, holiday moments, and core brand milestones.
• Feed high-performing campus content directly to performance and social teams for repurposing across paid ad channels and organic feeds.
• Collaborate with E-Commerce and Merchandise teams to identify Gen Z demand trends and optimize student-focused promotional strategies.
• Define and track core KPIs for the campus program.
• Deliver regular dashboards to executive leadership detailing ROI, key wins, and actionable optimization strategies.
• Leverage affiliate tracking, custom promo codes, and tracking to map the full conversion funnel from campus touchpoints to purchase.
• Monitor Gen Z behavioral shifts, emerging viral trends, platform updates (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat), and campus culture in real time.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to keep Fashion Nova steps ahead of other fast-fashion and youth-centric retail brands.
• Translate cultural moments into agile, real-time marketing activations that capture immediate consumer attention.

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Influencer/Ambassador Marketing, or Community Strategy within the fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or youth consumer goods sector.
• Demonstrated success building, scaling, or managing large-scale Gen Z/College Ambassador programs or micro-influencer networks.
• Deep, intuitive understanding of Gen Z consumer behavior, viral social trends, pop culture, and digital media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage hundreds of active ambassadors, tight timelines, and multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Comfortable utilizing data and analytics tools to track campaign performance, evaluate ambassador impact, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
