Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and digital channels.
- Convert prospects into new UPS customers and revenue.
Account Management & Growth
- Manage assigned existing and prospective customers.
- Identify penetration and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships and protect existing business.
Consultative Selling
- Understand customers’ business and logistics needs.
- Position UPS solutions based on customer value.
- Prepare proposals and support pricing and negotiations.
Pipeline & Sales Execution
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Manage opportunities from prospecting through conversion.
- Maintain accurate sales activities and opportunities in CRM.
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue, volume, and sales targets.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Field Sales, Marketing, Solutions, Operations, and Customer Service.
- Leverage relevant UPS resources to provide the right customer solutions.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience preferred; entry-level candidates can be applied.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
- B2B sales or inside sales experience preferred.
- Logistics or supply chain experience is an advantage.
- Strong Korean communication and business-level English preferred.
