As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports transformational efforts by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business strategies are effectively translated into actionable plans.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending innovative approaches to enhance business processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic transformation initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
