Job Summary

The Field Chief Technology Officer (Field CTO) serves as SHI's executive-level advisor for Modern Workplace and End User Compute strategy. Acting as a trusted partner to CIOs, CTOs, Digital Workplace leaders, Infrastructure executives, and business stakeholders, the Field CTO helps organizations develop data-driven strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps that enable measurable business outcomes.

Rather than functioning as a decision-maker, the Field CTO provides independent guidance, industry expertise, governance frameworks, and executive-level advisory services that enable customers to make well-informed decisions regarding workplace transformation, employee productivity, endpoint modernization, AI adoption, digital employee experience, and technology investments.

The role bridges business strategy, technology innovation, hardware lifecycle management, software platforms, managed services, and workforce enablement while helping customers optimize the performance, cost, security, sustainability, and user experience of their modern workplace environments.
