Job Description

Early Career Intern – ETF Marketing Overview

Ready to make your mark in the world of investments? Spend an unforgettable summer at Invesco alongside a select group of driven students. Our 9-week Summer Internship Program kicks off in June 2027 and offers you the chance to dive into the fast-paced world of investments, learn from industry pros, and build connections that will last a lifetime.

In this internship, you’ll get hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and the inside scoop on what it’s really like to work at a global investment firm. As part of a Summer Internship Program cohort, you will have a variety of initiatives to keep you engaged throughout the summer including orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You’ll work side-by-side with talented teams to learn about the business.

Here’s the best part: crush your internship, and you could be eligible for a full-time offer to join our Early Career Program after graduation!

What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and execution of ETF marketing campaigns by coordinating deliverables, managing project timelines, and helping ensure materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned across channels.
  • Assist with the creation and review of ETF marketing materials, including emails, articles, web and social media content, and sales-support materials.
  • Help translate investment concepts and ETF product information into clear, engaging content for financial professionals and investors.
  • Partner with colleagues across ETF Marketing, Segment Marketing, Product, Distribution, Digital, Creative, Compliance, and other teams to support integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with analyzing campaign and content performance, summarizing findings, and identifying opportunities to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Use approved AI tools to support content development, analysis, and more efficient ways of working.

What You Get

  • A Launchpad for Your Career – Get ready to build real skills and set yourself up for a future at Invesco (and beyond).
  • Your Own Mentor – You’ll be paired with a mentor who’s got your back, answers your questions, and helps you navigate your summer.
  • Intern Community – Join a crew of fellow interns to collaborate, share ideas, and get to know—both in and out of the office.
  • Pathway to Future Opportunities – Nail your internship, and you could be eligible for a full-time offer to join our Early Career Program after graduation!
  • Real Experience, Real Impact – Work on meaningful projects, learn from our team, and see what it’s like to work at a global investment firm.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and graduating in spring/summer of 2028
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work in Invesco’s New York City office
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Invesco will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).
  • Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with creative problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Experience with prioritizing work and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Coursework, internship experience, or extracurricular involvement related to marketing, communications, finance, investments, economics, or asset management.
