What You’ll Do

As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in building a high-performing sales team and driving dealership success across our CDJR and Volkswagen operations. You will:

• Lead, hire, motivate, mentor, and develop the New and Used Vehicle Sales team
• Drive sales volume while maintaining profitability on new and pre-owned vehicles
• Build strong customer relationships to maximize satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable for results
• Identify opportunities to grow sales, improve processes, and enhance the customer experience
• Partner with dealership leadership to achieve sales, gross profit, and operational objectives
• Lead by example and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and success

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a leader who brings energy, accountability, and a genuine passion for the automotive business.

• Previous automotive sales leadership experience, with increasing levels of responsibility
• A proven ability to close deals, drive volume, and consistently deliver results
• Strong understanding of sales processes, inventory management, and dealership profitability
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
• A creative, solutions-oriented approach to growing the business
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, computer software, Internet tools, and general mathematics
