Billing And Delivery Analyst

Función Principal: 

Responsable de asegurar la correcta facturación de los servicios pospago contratados por los clientes, garantizando la certificación electrónica oportuna ante la SAT y la entrega eficiente de la factura final al cliente.

 

Requisitos: 

• Estudios en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o Sistemas, o carrera afín.  
• Alta capacidad de análisis numérico para prevenir discrepancias.

 

Conocimientos Específicos: 

• Dominio de Excel avanzado para el manejo de grandes volúmenes de datos, así como dominio de PowerPoint para presentaciones ejecutivas claras y efectivas.
• Conocimiento de plataformas de facturación masiva (AS400, NAF, eBs) de preferencia.
• Conocimiento básico de las normativas SAT.

 

Competencias y Habilidades: 

• Excelente comunicación asertiva y liderazgo para actuar como enlace experto en la resolución de incidencias complejas.
• Iniciativa para proponer e implementar automatizaciones y estandarizaciones en los flujos de facturación.
