Seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of working independently and collaborating directly with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Design, develop, and customize applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Build, configure, and support forms, catalog items, record producers, notifications, templates, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server technologies.
• Configure and manage data models, relationships, reference data, roles, and access controls (ACLs).
• Ensure ServiceNow solutions are secure, scalable, upgrade-safe, and aligned with platform best practices.
• Participate in solution testing, deployment, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, developers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and platform customization.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow Glide scripting, and ServiceNow development best practices.
• Experience working with core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
• Proven expertise in developing and supporting integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Service Portal, and custom application development.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, access controls (ACLs), and platform security standards.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities, collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certification with experience across multiple ServiceNow modules and custom application development.
• Proven expertise in delivering complex integrations and automating business processes using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Flow Designer.
• Strong ability to partner with stakeholders, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and drive continuous platform improvements.
