Position Overview
Freezing Point is the fastest growing frozen beverage company in the US and the maker of Frazil, 100% Juice Frazil, Frazil Energy, Café Tango, and Frazil Fizz! We are a growing, high-performance team in search of a Finance Manager to lead our core FP&A and business intelligence processes.

The ideal candidate brings experience analyzing financial statements, turning operational data into actionable insights, and leading continuous improvements to reporting and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Report on critical business metrics that impact growth, profitability, and strategic objectives.
- Identify and create financial models/reporting that provide our business with timely, accurate and relevant information to support and influence decision-making.
- Lead and develop a team of 2 business analysts in their day-to-day work and business projects.
- Partner with managers and business leaders to develop the annual operating plan.
- Develop and manage channel-level financial metrics, budgets, and forecasts.
- Create key performance indicators (KPIs) for non-financial managers to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of new projects.
- Provide insightful financial and operational problem-solving to support key managers.
- Support ad-hoc requests from across the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:
- Master’s degree in accounting or finance (MAcc or MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a corporate finance environment
- Solid understanding of accounting, budgeting and financial statement principles, concepts, and analysis.
- Advanced ability to use financial systems and software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SAP).
- Strong ability to gather and analyze large amounts of data at a macro and micro level.
Preferred Qualifications & Competencies:
- Working knowledge of DevOps principles and API integrations.

- Strong analytical (quantitative, as well as qualitative) skills.
- Outstanding reporting and communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
- Self-starter with the ability to proactively streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.

- Strong ability to work independently and with multi-functional teams.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- Fully onsite position in Salt Lake City, UT.
- Work is primarily done indoors and requires sitting for long periods.
- Frequent use of computers, including prolonged periods of screen time.
- Frequent communication with team members in writing, over the phone, and in person.
