About the Position
Dexis Professional Services (Dexis) is hiring Subject Matter Experts to support the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs, Passport Services Directorate (CA/PPT). These professionals will align to various technical areas including: Program Management and Oversight; Program and Project Support; Analysts; Training, Development, and Delivery; and Dashboard and Metrics.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical resource for one of the five functional areas listed above.
- Identify, analyze, and solve complex problems affecting service quality, mission support, efficiency, and organizational compliance.
- Develop or review substantive technical documentation demonstrating detailed knowledge of the assigned functional area.
- Advise leadership and delivery teams on practical improvements, risks, and technical approaches.
Qualifications
- Minimum eight years of relevant experience in the assigned technical area.
- Master’s degree in a related field, or 12 years of relevant experience.
- Must hold an active SECRET personnel security clearance issued by DCSA prior to contract performance.
Below is the pay range aligned with this position. When developing a range, Dexis evaluates compensation holistically, triangulating between external market research, our budget for the position, and internal equity to arrive at a figure that is fair and competitive. Offers within this range will be based on an individual candidate's qualification, relevant education and experience, skills, performance, and organizational needs.
