Description
Kitopi is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate Commis Chef experienced in burgers to join our culinary team! If you love working in a fast-paced environment and want to grow your skills with a company that truly invests in its people, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes from various international cuisines.
- Follow recipes, standards, and hygiene practices.
- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section.
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient kitchen workflow.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Commis Chef.
- Experience in Burgers and similar is a must.
- Strong knowledge of food safety & hygiene.
- Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
