Managed Maintenance Project Manager

The Managed Maintenance Project Manager will plan and oversee a wide variety of equipment installation projects, from the time of customer acceptance of quote to post-completion assessment of project. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, highly organized, and can multitask in order to meet deadlines and keep project costs at or under budget, while achieving high standards of workmanship in accordance with our Customers’ quality expectations. 

• Assure site surveys are dispatched & completed in a timely manner (=3 days after receiving request)
• Manage project budget and quotes
• Determine if permitting is needed.
• Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed per quotation & project scope
• Work with supply team for quotes on all supplies.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered & delivered according to schedule
• Conduct preconstruction meetings onsite or teams meeting.
• Prepare verbal and/or written reports regarding job status
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and state/local codes
• Collaborate with Project Estimator, Service Manager, Sales, Supply Chain, subcontractors, and key team members of the project team
• Resolve any problems that may arise during project execution
• Ensure project deadlines are met
• Schedule subcontractors as needed in accordance with JF Petro preferred supplier list; initiate SPO requests; review subcontractor invoices and approve for payment
• Keep the Customer, site manager, GasOps and other interested parties aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly
• Conduct post-completion review of project quality & financial results
• Travel to store as needed for final project inspection

Requirements

• Highschool Diploma or GED required, College degree preferred
• 2+ years of Project Management experience,
• Familiarity with retail fueling sites and dispensing equipment
• Work experience managing project budgets
• Knowledge of construction materials and equipment
• Highly organized
• Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
• Work experience in construction management or another similar role
• Familiarity with ServiceMax & knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
• Conflict resolution and conflict management experience
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is desirable
• Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company 
• Physical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
