• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Assist vendors with access when entering the premises
• Regular check of the office – cleaning, furniture, etc.
• Participating on regular calls with GRF department
• Support for colleagues and other departments
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Order front office supplies
• Prepare meeting rooms
• Handling the client’s reception duties with care, commitment and always in a courteous manner
• Handle couriers and post deliveries and collections
• Check e-mails react accordingly
• Ensure all activities are carried out are in accordance with Health and Safety policies
• Manage client requests via the ticket’s system in place
• Support with events
• Support facilities team with adhoc requests
• Use JLL Serve to support in managing the buildings
• Assist with OHS requirements
