They have the team, the vision, and the capital - they just need a second license holder to satisfy an SBA loan requirement to seal the deal on the acquisition.We aren't looking for someone to turn wrenches or run service calls. We are looking for a trusted, experienced Master Plumber to serve as a Qualifier and consultative sounding board as the new owners take the helm. You'll earn a substantial monthly base just for attaching your license to the business, with the added upside of uncapped commissions on any jobs you choose to refer or sell.

What You Will Do

• Qualify the Business: Allow the new owners to leverage your license to secure the SBA loan.
• Provide Guidance: Serve as a mentor and sounding board for the new owners. Bounce ideas around, share your industry wisdom, and offer periodic advice as they transition into leading this established business.
• Stay Remote: Live anywhere in the country. There are no on-site requirements, no dispatching, and no manual labor.

• Active License: A current Georgia Master Plumber License (Class I or Class II) in good standing.
• Unattached Status: Your license cannot currently be qualifying another active plumbing business in the state of Georgia.
• Professional Integrity: A willingness to sign a legitimate employment agreement and allow your credential to be used in good faith for SBA loan documentation.
• A Collaborative Spirit: You enjoy sharing knowledge and want to see new owners succeed in scaling an established home service business.
