Summary:
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Representative, a typical day involves actively driving organizational performance through strategic evaluation and addressing financial or operational challenges. The role is dynamic, involving both analytical and strategic thinking to maintain and enhance the company s financial health.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
- Facilitate communication between finance and other departments to align goals and strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Financial Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning.
- Ability to develop financial models that assist in strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to present financial insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools to streamline analysis and reporting.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Analysis.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
