Key Responsibilities

- Analyze operational trends, drivers, and root causes; translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.

Data Engineering & Management
- Extract, transform, and integrate data from operational, claims, and membership systems using SQL and related tools.

- Establish data-validation and reconciliation routines to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
Insight & Visualization
- Develop self-service dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) that make performance transparent to stakeholders.
- Partner with leaders to define metrics, targets, and thresholds and to interpret results.
Collaboration & Governance
- Partner with operations, compliance, clinical, vendor management, and customer experience to define reporting needs and standards.
- Support data-governance and quality initiatives across operational reporting.

- Strong SQL and data-analysis skills; proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel.
