Senior HRIS Specialist, SAP SuccessFactors Platform & Security

As Senior HRIS Specialist, SAP SuccessFactors Platform & Security, you will help shape and run our future SAP SuccessFactors landscape.

As we transition from Workday to SAP SuccessFactors, we are building a strong internal team to own and continuously improve the platform. While other team members focus on Talent, Rewards, Employee Central Operations and Reporting, you will take ownership of the SuccessFactors platform foundation, including Employee Central Core, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), security, platform governance, and AI/Joule adoption.

You will work closely with HR, IT, Security, Finance, country teams and implementation partners to ensure our SuccessFactors platform remains secure, scalable and easy to use.

What You Will Do

• Act as the go-to expert for SAP SuccessFactors Platform and Employee Central Core.
• Own Role-Based Permissions (RBP), security concepts and access governance.
• Maintain platform standards, configuration governance and design principles.
• Support Employee Central foundation setup, including organizational structures, positions, business rules and workflows.
• Partner with IT on integrations, identity management, SSO and technical architecture topics.
• Lead release management, feature reviews and continuous platform improvements.
• Drive the adoption of SAP Business AI and Joule capabilities across HR processes.
• Identify, enable and support relevant AI/Joule functionality within SuccessFactors.
• Challenge implementation partner proposals and help shape sustainable, scalable long-term solutions.
• Support testing, data migration, cutover and stabilization activities during the SuccessFactors implementation.
• Create and maintain documentation, governance standards and knowledge transfer materials.
• Act as the escalation point for complex platform, permissions and security topics.
  
  

What You Will Need

• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience with deep Employee Central knowledge.
• Solid understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and SuccessFactors security concepts.
• Experience with foundation objects, workflows, business rules and platform configuration.
• Knowledge of platform administration, governance and release management.
• Familiarity with integrations, identity management and SSO concepts.
• Experience working with global HR organizations and enterprise systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable system solutions.
• Confidence in challenging implementation partners and influencing design decisions.
• Strong interest in innovation, AI and the future of HR technology.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a simple way.
• Hands-on, well organized and comfortable working in a global environment.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with Workday to SAP SuccessFactors transformations.
• Experience with HR data migration, testing and cutover activities.
• Experience working in global matrix organizations.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Platform Administration.
• Experience designing or managing RBP frameworks.
