Location: Pasig, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite, Night Shift

Lead, coach, and monitor team performance to ensure productivity, quality, and KPI targets are met.

Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), collections, and healthcare account operations.

Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing performance gaps and operational concerns.

Prepare performance reports and implement process improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare account requirements.

College graduate.
-
At least 3 years of Team Lead experience in a BPO healthcare setting.

At least 3 years of experience in healthcare and AR/collections.
-
Dental healthcare experience is a plus.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Must be willing to report onsite in Manila.
