Talent Acquisition Intern

Horizon Tech is looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team. This internship is ideal for current students or fresh graduates who want to start their career in HR and Talent Acquisition. You will learn the end-to-end recruitment process with hands-on guidance from experienced recruiters.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job ads on professional platforms, job boards, and social media
• Support the team in sourcing candidates through various channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial phone screenings under guidance
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
• Help manage calendars for hiring teams and candidates
• Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates
• Update candidate records in the ATS/recruitment software
• Assist with background checks and reference verifications
• Support recruiting events and employer branding activities
• Help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a BBA (HR) or a related field (Business Administration, Human Resource Management, etc.)
• Currently enrolled students and fresh graduates who want to build a career in HR and Talent Acquisition are welcome to apply
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes (a plus, not required)
• Comfortable using computers, Google Workspace/MS Office, and willing to learn ATS and hiring tools
• Eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work in the evening shift (3 pm – 12 am)

• Job Timings: 3 pm-12 am (Monday to Friday and alternate half Saturdays)
