- Open: Foster trust, respect, and understanding through thoughtful communication.
- Insightful: Look beyond what is ordinary and find the extraordinary.

• Prepare and manage offer letters, employment agreements, and university documentation related to internships and academic credit.
• Maintain ongoing candidate engagement from offer through start date through intentional recruiting touchpoints.
• Support intern onboarding and execute the internship program, including regular check-ins with interns and billable teams, exit interviews, and feedback collection.
• Assist with the development, coordination, and execution of ATKG's externship and other early-talent programs.
• Support the annual recruiting campaign and work with marketing resources to create and maintain recruiting collateral, social media content, promotional materials, and swag inventory.
• Provide guidance and training to team members participating in recruiting events to effectively recruit and represent ATKG.
• Collaborate with Ascend Talent and other recruiting resources as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively represent ATKG’s culture, values, services, and career opportunities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and follow through with limited oversight.
• Sound judgment in assessing candidates and providing constructive feedback.
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and Handshake; ability to quickly learn new technology and AI-enabled tools.
Education and Experience:
