Warehouse & Shipping / Receiving Associate

Compensation: $22–$26/hr, based on experience

Location: Burnsville, MN

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Tri-State Bobcat is looking for a dependable, self-motivated Warehouse & Shipping / Receiving Associate to support operations between our two Burnsville buildings. This position plays an important role in keeping our warehouse organized, managing incoming inventory, and ensuring online parts orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped.

What You'll Do

• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse, ensuring parts and inventory are properly stored and easy to locate.

• Receive incoming shipments, verify items against packing slips, and put new inventory away in the appropriate locations.

• Pick, package, and prepare online parts orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

• Move inventory and parts between our warehouse and main building as needed.

• Safely operate forklifts and other compact equipment to move, load, and unload materials.

• Monitor warehouse organization and identify opportunities to improve storage, workflow, and efficiency.

• Assist with general shipping, receiving, and other warehouse-related tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

• A self-motivated individual who works well independently and takes initiative without needing constant direction.

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.

• Comfortable operating a forklift; experience operating compact equipment is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling inventory and fulfilling customer orders.

• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 75 pounds, sometimes repeatedly throughout the workday.

• Ability to safely perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving materials.
