Two hands-on contract opportunities
-
Pronto Manufacturing and Jobs experience essential
-
Potential for further project work through 2027
An established WA-based industrial services organisation is seeking two experienced Pronto Systems Accountants to support a major timekeeping, manufacturing and job-costing integration project.
Working closely with finance, payroll, operations, external IT and software providers, you will help design and deliver the flow of employee time between a workforce-management system and Pronto.
These are hands-on roles requiring strong accounting knowledge and practical experience across Pronto Manufacturing, Jobs/Maintenance and job costing.
Key responsibilities
-
Scope and document the required integration between the workforce-management system and Pronto.
-
Determine the Pronto Manufacturing work-order and manufacturing-step data required by the timekeeping system.
-
Map Pronto Jobs and Maintenance jobs into the timekeeping process.
-
Design how new, active and completed jobs appear to employees when allocating their time.
-
Improve job and work-order descriptions so employees select the correct activity.
-
Determine how labour should be allocated where employees work across multiple machines or work orders.
-
Develop processes for maintenance time where a job has not yet been created.
-
Define the time data required from the workforce-management system to update Pronto job costing and manufacturing.
-
Support live timesheet amendments, validation and posting.
-
Perform data mapping, reconciliations, testing and issue resolution.
-
Work directly with Pronto, workforce-management and external IT providers to progress the project through to completion.
-
Document processes, controls and user requirements.
About you
To be considered, you will need:
-
Hands-on experience using Pronto or Pronto Xi.
-
Practical experience with Pronto Manufacturing and Jobs/Maintenance.
-
Strong knowledge of manufacturing work orders, manufacturing steps and job costing.
-
Experience allocating employee time and labour costs across jobs, work orders or projects.
-
A strong accounting foundation, ideally developed in manufacturing, mining services, engineering, drilling, maintenance or another operational environment.
-
Experience with requirements gathering, data mapping, testing, reconciliations and post-implementation problem-solving.
-
The confidence to work directly with finance, payroll, operational teams and technical providers.
-
The ability to take ownership and push a systems project through to completion.
Experience integrating Pronto with payroll, timekeeping or workforce-management systems would be highly regarded. Exposure to UKG Workforce Ready would be advantageous.
These roles require genuine working knowledge of Pronto Manufacturing and job costing. General ERP experience or basic transactional exposure to Pronto will not be sufficient.
The opportunity:
The initial contracts are expected to run for approximately two months and will be based primarily onsite in Hazelmere. There is a broader pipeline of finance systems and process-improvement projects that may create opportunities for further work through 2027.
If you are an immediately available accountant with strong Pronto Manufacturing and Jobs experience, please apply with an updated CV outlining the Pronto modules and projects you have personally worked on.
