Job Summary:

Are you passionate about fitness, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a goal-driven environment? CamFit is looking for energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates. Your primary responsibility is to grow studio membership by building relationships with prospective members, guiding them through the sales process, and confidently asking for the sale. You will also deliver an exceptional experience for every member. Frequent, hands-on cleaning is an essential and substantial part of every shift, helping ensure the entire studio remains clean, organized, stocked, and ready for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome members and guests, manage front-desk check-ins, and create a friendly, high-energy first impression
• Build rapport with prospective members, conduct studio tours, explain the Orangetheory workout, and recommend the membership option that best fits their goals
• Convert leads and introductory guests into members by addressing questions, handling objections, and confidently asking for the sale
• Meet or exceed individual and studio sales goals for memberships, renewals, and retail products while maintaining established activity expectations for outreach, appointments, and membership conversions
• Complete timely lead follow-up by phone, text, and email; schedule introductory visits and accurately update the studio’s CRM and sales systems
• Support referral generation, local partnerships, community events, and grassroots outreach to build awareness and develop new membership leads
• Support members with account questions, membership changes, and general requests while promoting retention and an exceptional member experience
• Perform frequent, hands-on cleaning throughout every shift, including wiping and sanitizing equipment and high-touch surfaces, cleaning restrooms, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, removing trash, restocking supplies, and keeping the front desk, lobby, studio, and shared areas member-ready
• Collaborate with coaches and studio leadership to create a consistent, high-energy member experience

Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm for health and fitness, with a genuine interest in helping people achieve their goals
• Strong sales skills and confidence asking for the sale; previous experience in a goal-driven fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail environment preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Proficiency with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office, email, membership management systems, CRM platforms, and other operational tools
• Flexible availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to grow within the CamFit community
• Comfortable performing frequent physical cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the shift; candidates should understand that cleaning is a significant, recurring responsibility of this role, not an occasional duty
